How can I track my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €49 within Germany. For orders under €49 and all orders outside Germany, standard shipping fees apply based on your location and order size.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days within Germany and 2 to 7 business days within the rest of Europe. Orders outside Europe may take longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer express or same-day delivery. We focus on reliable standard shipping to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and carefully handled.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order size. During checkout, you will see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries across Europe, including Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, and many others. If you are outside Europe, please contact us to check availability.

From where are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. If you order from outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations, and these costs are your responsibility.

Can I ship to a different address than the billing address?

Yes! During checkout, you can specify a separate shipping address if you want your order delivered elsewhere.

What happens if I am not home when the package is delivered?

If you are not home, the courier will typically leave a notice with instructions on where to pick up your package or how to arrange redelivery. Please check with your local courier for specific procedures.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

At this time, we do not offer the option to select a specific delivery date. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I get an invoice for my order?

Can companies order tax-free or with VAT exemption?

I accidentally selected the wrong payment option — what now?

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@doroastcoffee.com with your order number. If your order is already on its way, you can return it after delivery (see return policy).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery (see return policy). Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition. For perishable or customized items, returns may not be accepted—please check product details.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please contact us at info@doroastcoffee.com to receive a return authorization and instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages.

When will I get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be made using your original payment method.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@doroastcoffee.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
