Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately with photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (e.g. roasted coffee, cheesecakes, biscotti)
- Made-to-order items
- Sale items or gift cards
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
