Our Story

Why do we exist?

At Doroast, we believe that good coffee isn't just consumed — it's created. We started Doroast to make home coffee roasting more accessible, more human, and more rewarding. In a world of over-processed and impersonal coffee experiences, we offer an alternative: a way to engage with the raw ingredient itself — to roast, learn, and brew in your own way.

We exist to support the curious, the intentional, and those who find meaning in doing things from the ground up.

What do we believe in?

We believe in considered craft, thoughtful sourcing, and sustainability as a mindset. That means roasting small, buying what you need, supporting producers with integrity, and creating long-term habits that respect both people and process.

Whether you're just starting out home-roasting or prefer coffee roasted for you, we support both paths — as long as they’re rooted in purpose and curiosity.

What Exactly Do We Do?

Doroast offers two paths:

  • For home roasters: we provide high-quality green coffee beans in small quantities, selected with transparency and simplicity in mind. We also offer tools, roast logs, and guides that make learning approachable.
  • For those who want coffee ready to brew: we roast to order in small batches — always fresh, always with care.

Our products are built to support learning, enjoyment, and better relationships with coffee.

Who is it for?

Our collection reflects this philosophy. From beginner-friendly lots to rare micro-lots, every coffee we offer is chosen for its story, character, and potential to surprise. Whether you're here to learn the craft, experiment with roasting, or explore new origins, we’ve designed the experience around your pace and preferences.

What makes us different?

We don’t lead with hype. We lead with clarity, curation, and depth. At Doroast, we combine quality sourcing with visual storytelling and educational support. Our goal is to welcome beginners without oversimplifying, and to guide enthusiasts without overwhelming.

In a space filled with shortcuts, we offer a slower, more intentional approach — one that honors process, transparency, and the pleasure of doing things well.
