1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped from Potsdam, Germany, via DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after receipt of payment:

  • Germany: 1–2 business days

  • EU countries: 2–4 business days

  • UK and Norway: 4–7 business days (customs processing may cause delays)

Germany

  • Orders under €49: €4.90

  • Orders €49 and above: Free shipping

EU Countries (Zone 1)

Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic

  • Shipping starts at €14.90, calculated by weight at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over €150

EU Countries (Zone 2)

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain, Hungary, Cyprus

  • Shipping starts at €15.90, calculated by weight at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over €150

UK & Norway

  • Shipping starts at €24.90, calculated by weight at checkout

  • Free shipping not available due to high export/customs costs

4. Customs, VAT & Additional Charges

  • EU Orders: All prices include VAT. No additional customs or duties apply.

  • UK and Norway: Prices shown include VAT, which will be deducted at checkout.
    You may be charged local VAT, customs duties, and a handling fee upon delivery by the carrier.
